      Our first step is meeting you.  We take pride in meeting our clients face to face so that we get to know you personally.  After we get to know you, we start the application process where we obtain your personal information.  This can be taken in person or over the telephone.  Once we receive your loan application, we contact our team of appraisal,  title and lender professionals so that we can all work together to ensure a  smooth loan transaction.  After your loan has been approved, and your loan documents are ready to be signed, we attend your signing with you to answer any questions that may arise.
